Enter this fabulous barn conversion which was once part of an original Dominican friary where the monks would sit before entering the chapel. Today, the property is full of welcoming touches and character. The stable style front door leads into a bright and spacious lounge with lovely wood flooring and plenty of luxurious, comfortable seating where everyone can feel at home and relax after the day s activities. There are window seats where you can sit with a good book or settle in for a movie night on the Smart TV with Sky (please note the log burner is not in use and for ornamental purposes only). The hallway leads you to the kitchen with everything you need to rustle up a tasty meal, including an electric range style oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. There is also a breakfast table for early risers and a Smart TV to keep the cook company. Enjoy sociable meals sitting together in the dining room with a dining table and seating for six and there is a downstairs cloakroom comprising WC and washbasin. Upstairs, the three bedrooms are in the eaves of the property with a sloping ceiling along one side of the landing. The king size bedroom has dual aspect windows and a TV when you need a lie in. This bedroom has an en suite shower with WC. The second bedroom has a double bed and Velux style windows, and the third room has twin beds with a Velux style window in the sloping ceiling. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed, lawned garden with seating beneath the pergola where you can enjoy drinks in the sunshine and the garden dining furniture allows for al fresco meals. There is off road parking on the private drive for two cars.
