The dining table has seating for eight to enjoy mealtimes together and the family chef can cook up a feast in the well equipped kitchen which features an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. A door from the kitchen opens to a utility area with a microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. From here, head through to the generous fourth bedroom with sliding doors opening onto the rear garden, a super king size bed, a Smart TV and an en suite shower room with WC. Outside, to the rear, the bifold doors in the lounge lead out to the decking with an extendable dining table that can seat eight perfect for al fresco dining, plus there are a couple of sun loungers and a small artificial lawn. A gate leads onto a village green/recreation area where your children can play. At the front of the property, there is a lovely garden bench where you can sit with your morning coffee. There is off road parking on the drive for two cars, plus space in front of the property for a further two cars.
