Located just metres from the beach at beautiful Beadnell Bay, this property is the perfect base for fun filled coastal holidays. Beadnell Bay offers a range of activities including surfing, bodyboarding, wakeboarding and waterskiing. The established sailing club is great for those wishing to get out on the water while the nearby tennis courts make for competitive family tournaments. Beadnell village is home to a well stocked general store, two excellent pub/restaurants and a fish and chip shop for those sunny evenings on the beach. If you can tear yourself away from the beach, the local area is rich in walking and cycling routes leading to neighbouring coastal villages and pubs. The front door opens into a welcoming hallway for storing coats, boots and bags before continuing through to the breath taking open plan living space. With a double height ceiling, Amtico flooring, extensive windows and French doors opening onto the patio, this is a fantastic room all year round. Prepare delicious family meals in the contemporary kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you should need throughout your stay. Enjoy meals at the large dining table, which sits adjacent to the patio doors, creating an al fresco feel whatever the weather. Take some much needed time out in the cosy lounge area, which features plump sofas, a TV and a brick fireplace with wood burner. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor, together with a cloakroom for those with limited accessibility. On the first floor are the two remaining bedrooms, one king size master with dressing table, antique French style furniture and en suite shower room and one with a double bed and standard size set of bunk beds ideal for a small family. There is also a luxurious contemporary family bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Outside there is a fantastic wrap around decking area with both dining and lounge furniture for making the most of the sunshine. Here you will also find a BBQ and separate gated area with a handy outdoor tap and hosepipe. For that extra bit of luxury why not add on the use of the 7 seater luxury hot tub, additional fees will apply by private arrangement with the owner prior to arrival. There is parking for two cars on the driveway.
