Continuing through, you enter the kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room has comfortable seating for eight people and a cosy wood burner. Next, you arrive at the welcoming lounge with lovely village views and ample seating: two large sofa beds and two wing back chairs. An added bonus is a ground floor WC and laundry room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Continuing up the stairs, on the first floor, you have a choice of two delightful front facing double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and both with spacious storage. Both bedrooms have king size beds and one can be divided into two singles if arranged prior to arrival. At the rear, you will find bedrooms three and four which have pretty garden views. Bedroom four benefits from another en suite shower room with WC. Finally, you will come across the separate bathroom with bath and shower which completes this beautiful home. Please look for one or two low doorways. Heading outside from the airy sunroom via the French doors, there is easy access to the illuminated patio area with quality outdoor dining furniture that invites you to relax, unwind and enjoy al fresco dining. You will also find an outdoor shower which is perfect for removing the sand after a beach trip. You will enjoy the extensive, well tended garden surrounded by a stone wall, which is part lawn and part meadow. The lockable shed is ideal for storing your outdoor valuables such as bicycles and diving equipment. You also have the convenience of off road, private parking for four cars.
