The harbour town of Tenby sits on the Pembrokeshire coast and is renowned for its stunning architecture and glorious beaches. This property is located in the heart of the town, just 100 metres from the nearest shop, pub and restaurant. The house is ideally located for those visiting Tenby s Golf Club, the Birthplace of Welsh Golf . The 18 hole golf course is approximately 600 metres away. Visitors can also reach the golden, sandy North Beach less than 200 metres away and the picturesque Tenby Harbour, 400 metres away. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs to the South of the town, and can be accessed via South Beach, around 0.5 miles away. For those looking for something to occupy the children, or wanting to head further afield, Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo is 6.5 miles away, where you can meet lots of farmyard friends and admire the zoo animals. This three storey Edwardian property is a typical Tenby town house. Enter the ground floor into a hallway where there is space to store coats and boots after a day exploring. There is a dining room with large table and chairs for all guests and the kitchen is next door with a separate breakfast table and chairs. The kitchen has a double electric oven, perfect for cooking up meals for all guests and an induction hob. A dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. The first king size bedroom is on the ground floor which has its own TV with freeview , DVD player and ensuite. Up a flight of stairs to a half landing is a bathroom with shower over the bath and a twin bedroom. Heading up to the first floor is a lounge with large bay window and TV with Sky TV including sports package and a DVD player. One of the king size bedrooms is also here. On the second floor is another bathroom with shower over the bath and the remaining two bedrooms; a family room with a Super king size bed (which can be made into a twin on request at time of booking) and single bed and a further twin bedroom. The property is painted blue to match the theme of the Edwardian street, nestled among other painted homes and typical of the Tenby style. To the rear of the house is a courtyard with a table and seating, as well as a gate that leads to the alleyway behind and to the side of property.
