This fabulous property is situated in a quiet village location on the grounds of a farm but is only 4 miles from the bustling seaside town of Tenby. Spend sunny afternoons on Tenby North Beach (4.5 miles) where the much photographed Goscar Rock rears out of the sand, or wander the ruins of Tenby Castle to catch views of St Catherine s Island. Take a ferry to Caldey Island from the harbour and spend the day at Priory Bay which is a sandy beach backed by lush Mediterranean style greenery. Children will love running around at the Dinosaur Park (1.5 miles) and Colby Woodland Garden (8 miles), where older guests will appreciate the beautiful wildlife and plants. Leave boots, coats or sandy shoes in the entrance porch before heading into the open plan living area. Vaulted ceilings with wood beams and exposed stone walls make this space truly special. Settle down on the sofa in front of the TV and wood burner after enjoying a hearty meal at the dining table. The kitchen slightly separates itself from the rest of the room with a unique brick backed bar; dark tones blended with wood finishes make it a pleasure to cook in. There s an electric range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher in here along with an elegant Belfast style sink. A handy utility room has a sink and a washing machine and tumble dryer. The main bedroom features a king size four poster bed, exposed beams, a stone wall and a large glass door in an archway that leads to the garden. It also benefits from an en suite waterfall shower room and a TV. The second bedroom is also a king size and has a TV; the bed backs onto an exposed stone wall and there s an armchair and a table that s ideal for reading the morning papers in. The third bedroom is a twin room with a beamed ceiling, TV and dressing table. The stylish bathroom uses shiny grey tones and has a waterfall shower over an L shaped bath with a separate handheld shower attachment. Outside, there s a large garden with a patio and plenty of seating so you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer months. There s also a large lawn area that the children will love running around on. There s off road parking available too.
