The property is located in the small Hamlet of Lower Priory, around a mile on foot from the town of Milford Haven. There is a public footpath nearby that will take you into the centre of town via a woodland walk. The town boasts a couple of supermarkets, a theatre, a retail park plus the very popular marina. The marina is home to a plethora of independent bars, restaurants and shops and is popular with locals and tourists alike. Milford Haven is famous for its fishing so fresh fish can be obtained to prepare at home or treat yourself to the catch of the day at one of the local restaurants. The nearby coastal towns of Dale and Marloes can be reached in under 9 miles. Dale is a haven for water sports enthusiasts and Marloes Sands is one of the best kept secrets in Pembrokeshire. As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed into a generous hallway with ample room for boots, coats and any other belongings you may want to store there. Just off the hallways is the lounge, with comfortable sofas and snuggle chairs centred around the 55" Smart TV. A desk has also been provided for those who may need to get some work done while on their travels. The whole house has been kitted out with a Sonos sound system so you can hear your favourite music in every room making the property a great entertaining space for your family or friends. On the other side of the hallway is the kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining table looks out over the peaceful garden with views of the priory. The first of the three bedrooms is on the ground floor level a twin room with a dressing table plus ample storage for clothes and belongings. Completing the downstairs is the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and WC. The first floor is reached via stairs leading off from the living room. There is a king size bedroom and a further twin room. The family bathroom benefits from a shower over bath and WC. Externally, the property benefits from a good size, lawned garden with mature trees and shrubs overlooking the stream and the priory. An outdoor dining set and BBQ has been provided for you to enjoy dining al fresco in the warmer months and take in the tranquillity of the running stream and birdsong. You also have access to a large and lockable garage for the storage of bikes and beach equipment and there is off road, driveway parking to the front of the property for up to three cars.
