This beautiful cottage is situated on a quiet street, in the beating heart of the Tenby town walls, offering easy access to the beaches and vibrant town centre. Head down to South Beach via The Paragon in just 175 yards or choose one of the other three golden sand beaches to explore. You can also take a boat daily from its famous harbour across to secluded Caldey Island during the peak season. There are an excellent selection of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants to keep you well fed and entertained too. For family days out, head to Manor Wildlife Park or Heatherton World of Activities in just 3.5 miles. As you enter the property you are welcomed into a generous open plan lounge and diner area with beautifully preserved hardwood floors, exposed beams and cosy wood burning stove. Relax on in front of the Smart TV on the large corner sofa or enjoy nibbles and board games on the dining table as a family. Through to the back of the house you will find the galley style kitchen, perfect to prepare a hearty breakfast to start the day or a picnic for the beach. Upstairs on the first floor you will find three light and airy bedrooms two double rooms and one bunk bed room. The contemporary family bathroom offers shower over the bathtub with basin and WC. Externally, there is a fully enclosed garden with a patio courtyard and a raised decking terrace with outdoor furniture to make the most of the evening sun. Enjoy a BBQ with the family at the end of a fun day the beach. Please note there are three steps on to the decked terrace.
