Spacious and charming semi-detached Victorian house with a stunning garden in an excellent location. 5 minutes’ walk to both South Beach and North Beach with Tenby's historic town centre a few minutes away.
The house is arranged over 3 floors with original features including sash windows and a fireplace. The dining room is fantastic for hosting dinner parties and family meals.
Kitchen (with all modern appliances including a new nespresso/krug coffee machine), good-sized storeroom (for bikes, paddle boards…), living room, bathroom, separate WC and external WC, 3 spacious bedrooms (2 x king, 1 x twin), log/coal fire, wi-fi, bath towels and bed linen provided (not beach towels).
The house is family friendly with a travel cot, high chair, plastic plates & cups. There are a variety of board games, family DVD's with DVD player and a new smart TV (as well as another smart TV in the dining room).
2 dogs per visit are allowed.
The main supermarket and train station are a couple of minutes on foot.
There is no parking with the property but you can park at the train station/ multi-storey car park for about £14-18 a week.
It's an amazing house to entertain and relax in with lots of space!
Located in Tenby, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. Tenby Castle and King's Quoit are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Ocean Commotion and Dinosaur Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Makin Tracks and Manor House Wildlife Park. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
