You enter South Carvan View into the utility room and then the large open planned kitchen, living and dining area. The modern kitchen boasts everything needed to cook for you and your guests including a dishwasher and Smeg appliances. The spacious living area offers multiple seating for you to kick back in-front of the ultra large smart TV and fire place. The large dining table sits in the middle of the space offering seating for all guests. Just off the hallway on the ground floor you will find the first of the four bedrooms with a King sized bed and en-suite bathroom made up of a full size walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. Heading upstairs are the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a family room boasting a super King sized bed and a single. The third bedroom also offers a super King sized bed and the final a beautiful twin room. The family bathroom is also on the first floor consisting of a bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. South Carvan View benefits from a large hot tub and BBQ area on the beautiful patio at the rear. This property also offers parking for up to three cars.
