Walkers and cyclists alike can enjoy the River Teme and the surrounding Shropshire Hills, with the Mary Webb trail, The Shropshire Way and Offa s Dyke Path all nearby. You re close to Ludlow, a thriving market town and an architectural gem, busy throughout the year with events and festivals celebrating good food, arts and crafts, theatre and walking, with the showcase being the Ludlow Food and Drink Festival. Visit Ludlow Castle, Stokesay Castle or the National Trust s Berrington Hall. Other attractions worth exploring in the area are Croft Castle, the Ironbridge Gorge Museums, Acton Scott Working Farm, Wenlock Priory and Severn Valley Railway. As you approach the barn you know you are in for a treat. It boasts feature windows and interesting design throughout. Walk into the hall, flooded with natural light, and enjoy the warmth of underfloor heating beneath the polished stone floor. There s lots of space for you to drop off your boots and coats in the utility room, which has a washing machine and a separate WC. Straight ahead is the dining table, taking centre stage in the double height space, with a patio door in the picture window overlooking the garden. To the right is the stylish kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and island, making this a great space to prepare a family meal. Gather around the spacious dining table and enjoy a meal or a lazy breakfast together, and open the patio doors to let the outside in. From here, walk through to the cosy lounge with comfortable sofas, oak floor, picture window, bespoke furniture and Smart TV for watching your favourite programmes. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find the three bedrooms; choose between the king size with en suite shower and WC, the double or the twin. All the bedrooms have been designed for a good night s sleep and have lovely views to wake up to. Completing the accommodation is the bright and airy bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio and a lawn area with table, chairs and charcoal BBQ: a perfect spot for al fresco dining. If you are bringing your bikes there is bicycle storage (please note that this is not a lockable shed). There is private parking for two cars next to the property.
