Security Deposit
Please note that the required £100 pre-auth not an actual transaction as a security deposit. This normally is cleared within 15 working days. Sufficient funds will need to be available for this
Group Bookings/Party Types
Unfortunately this park does not accept single sex group bookings with persons under 25. The park will accept group bookings as long as everyone in the party is over the age of 25 with a refundable security deposit of £150.00 that is required to be paid on arrival by credit/debit card.
Babies must be included in the party total.
Please ensure you provide Hoseasons a mobile number for check in purposes.
Pets
Please be aware that this park will only accept a maximum of one dog (or 2 small breeds only).
Arrival Information
If you are arriving after 6pm please telephone the park to advise and arrange key collection as no arrivals will be accepted after 7pm without prior agreement.

Please note all Lodges are Non Smoking.
Please note that the towels provided by the park are for indoor use only. We advise you to pack some lightweight towels e.g. beach towels for use with the hot tub. Please there is NO hot tub in Kestrel Lodge.
Facilities
The price to fish at Ashlea Pools is £9 per day (12 hours), £24 for 3 days (3x12 hours) or £35 5 days (5x12 hours).
You can hire the following: Extra towels £4 each. Slippers £3 per pair to buy. Please contact the park prior to departure if you wish to hire any of these items and pay for on arrival.
Pamper packs are now available to book at Ashlea Pools Lodges. These are to be paid at time of booking. Please add to allocation notes for the park to make them aware of which pamper pack visitors have booked and paid for:

Located in Craven Arms, this lodge is on a river. Mortimer Forest and Church Stretton Teme Leisure Centre are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre and Shropshire Hills. Ludlow Food Centre and The Spaceguard Centre are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.
