For parties of 5 or more, additional bedrooms on the top floor with an en-suite bathroom are automatically provided. However, for smaller parties of 4 or less, the top floor is not available unless specifically requested and at an extra cost. The house features a large drawing room, breakfast room/dining room, and a separate kitchen on the ground floor, making it spacious and ideal for gatherings.

The property boasts an impressive 17th century oak staircase leading to a modern shower room on the half landing and two bedrooms on the first floor.
