With three double bedrooms, one triple-bunk bedroom, a twin bedroom, plus a 'snug' sleeping up to 2 on a fold-out bed (linen supplied on request) the property is well suited to a large family group, or a number of families holidaying together.

Dogs are welcome (maximum of 3) for a supplementary fee of £15 per dog per booking. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time.

No large parties and please be respectful to our neighbours, for example not playing loud music late into the evening outside.
Security deposit
A security deposit of £150.00 is required when booking this property. This will be added to the total price of your booking, and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.
The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.
This cottage is located in Minehead. Dovery Manor Museum and Dunster Dolls Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Exmoor Adventures and Greencombe Gardens. Exmoor Owl & Hawk Centre and Blenheim Gardens are also worth visiting.
