The kitchen area is well equipped and is perfect to try out some new family recipes it has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Venture outside from the bi folding doors in the lounge/kitchen/diner you will find yourself on the large enclosed balcony with fabulous views over the orchard and surrounding countryside and further shared lawn areas with seating. It is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or some alfresco dining with garden furniture. You are also welcome to use the mature orchard which leads down to a stream, the orchard is immediately in front of the property and is a perfect spot to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the late summer evenings. There is also off road parking for 1 car approximately 50 yards from the property along a level path.
