No trip to Suffolk would be complete without exploring the scenic Suffolk Heritage Coast with charming coastal resorts including Southwold, home of the famous brewery and pier, and Aldeburgh (both within 35 miles). Bury St Edmunds is 17 miles away and has a stunning cathedral, an abundance of shops, restaurants, a museum and a weekly market. Located within the owner's grounds and next to the main house, you enter this thoughtfully presented and charming barn conversion and arrive in the lobby area. Kick off those walking boots and head into the open plan lounge/kitchen area which has everything anyone would need for a real home away from home, retaining many original features such as exposed beams, and tasteful lighting. The kitchen boasts everything you need to create a meal for any occasion with its electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Once a light snack or dinner is prepared, serve up at the dining area which has been thoughtfully placed at the end of the kitchen worktop and has two stylish bar stools. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and a TV with Freeview and DVD, plus a choice of DVDs, so after a day out exploring you can relax and unwind whilst watching your favourite show or a film in front of the electric fire. The double room has storage space for your belongings, and the spacious and modern bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside to the front of the property, you have a table and chairs and a small garden area which provides a wonderful spot to soak up some sun and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is a private off road parking space for two cars.
