The location offers easy access to the coastal locations of Lowestoft, Southwold and Dunwich. Festival lovers will find the location of this property convenient for visiting the Latitude and Folkeast festivals held each year. For keen walkers and bird watchers, why not take some scenic walks along the River Waveney where an abundance of wildlife can be spotted. R.S.P.B Minsmere and National Trust Dunwich Heath bird reserve are also within easy reach for a lovely beach walk and wildlife spotting. Norwich with its famous cathedral is less than twenty miles away or why not explore the stunning waterways of the Norfolk Broads by hiring a boat for the day. Guests enter the property via a walkway/ramp leading up to a side door which upon entering leads you into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge area has lovely views of the common on which the secluded property is located . An electric reclining armchair and a comfortable sofa are set in the lounge area if you wish to enjoy TV/DVD and an array of books on the local wildlife and places of interests including an abundance of local walks. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge /freezer and a washing machine . In the dining area there is a dining table and two chairs should you wish to eat in. The bedroom is a double room with a small double bed and an en suite shower room and WC. Outside of the property is a decked area with table and chairs for you to use should you wish to experience some al fresco dining in really tranquil surroundings, so you really can relax and unwind here. Off road parking for one car is available.
