This large Victorian house offers easy access to enjoy everything the city of Brighton and Hove offers, and can accommodate nine people in flexible accommodation over three floors. It has large windows for guests to enjoy the sunlight at all times of day, along with stunning views across to the South Downs. The property is close to a wide selection of good restaurants and shops at the Seven Dials, Preston Park, the Lanes and city centre. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk / 0.1 miles, with frequent services to the centre, as is the Dyke Tavern and Pretty Dyke Road Park with its popular café and outdoor theatre.
The living room is tastefully furnished and includes a comfortable sitting area with a convertible sofa bed where you can relax after a long day exploring the city, dimmable lighting and a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen includes good quality appliances, essential cookware and cutlery, a peninsula dining table, and folding-sliding doors that open to a sunny southwest-facing decked courtyard garden. There is also a large utility room downstairs with an additional dining table and seating.
The four bedrooms are elegantly decorated and include two double beds, one king-size bed and two single ones fitted with comfortable mattresses and hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathrooms include a main bathroom and shower on the ground floor, an additional WC, a small wet room on the first floor, and an ensuite to the master bedroom on the second floor, and have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

## Neighborhood
Since royal party animal George IV fell in love with Brighton in the 18th Century, the city has been a magnet for visitors searching for fun, frolic and fresh sea air. With its majestic Regency squares and crescents, iconic Royal Pavilion and famous piers, today Brighton is as well-known for being a welcoming and diverse city with a passion for culture, creativity and sustainability as it is for its historical landmarks.
The property is close to a wide selection of good restaurants and shops at the Seven Dials, Preston Park, the Lanes and the city centre. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk / 0.1 miles, with frequent services to the centre, as is the Dyke Tavern and Pretty Dyke Road Park with its popular café and outdoor theatre.
There is paid-for on-street parking outside the property in Parking Zone A, which operates between 9am and 8pm daily, with a 4-hour maximum stay in any numbered location.
Alternatively, parking zone P, which includes Hove Park Road and Lloyd Road, is free between 10am - 1pm, and after 2pm through to 9am the next day.
In Withdean Road and Wayland Avenue (1.1 miles), there are no parking restrictions, and parking is free at all times.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
Preston Park Station (around a 10-minute walk) and Brighton Station (around a 25-minute walk) are the nearest stations.
London Gatwick Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
## Notes
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
Located in Brighton, this vacation home is in the city center. Preston Manor and Palmeira Mansions are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at South Downs Way and Hollingbury Park Golf Club. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at The 1st Central County Ground Hove or Withdean Sports Complex. Explore all the area has to offer with hiking/biking trails and cycling.
