Entrance into the property at ground floor level leads you into an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. There is an L-shape sofa and additional chair, TV and DVD in the lounge area. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and the kitchen spans across the far wall. There is an electric single oven, induction hob, dishwasher and under counter fridge with ice box. Plenty of cupboards store a large selection of kitchen items.
