Svelte Living’s impressive newly built townhouse is over 2 floors with a bright and modern décor and sleeps up to 10 people which is great for large groups, contractors, business travellers, families and corporate workers. Each bedroom has a desk and a chair, which is great for getting some work done by business travellers. There is also a 6 seater dinning table in the dinning area which great for having meetings.

Families relocating to Birmingham love our house because of its big size, proximity to the city centre, secure gated parking and garden for the children to play in.
Contractors love our house because they can park their huge vans in our secured gated parking area and there is more free on street parking opposite the house.
The house boasts a living space of 1125 square foot and has a private front entrance, which leads into the hallway with a toilet on the left and a well-equipped kitchen on the right. Further down into a tastefully decorated living room and dinning area with French doors that lead into the patio/garden.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the secound floor there are two double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite, a dressing area and a smart TV.
