With walking, villages and towns to explore, as well as nearby boat trips to enjoy, this first-class property is ideal for families and couples looking to explore this diverse area. You enter the property into the hallway which has plenty of space for storing coats and footwear after a busy day out. The very well-appointed sitting room has comfortable seating and a warming woodburning stove in a feature brick fireplace, the perfect place to curl up and watch your favourite films together on the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook up delicious meals which can be enjoyed together around the dining table. On sunny days open the kitchen door to let the cooling breeze in and sit on the gravelled patio area with your morning coffee as you plan the day ahead. Centrally located it is a short stroll to the local amenities and the town of Malvern offers a good selection of places to eat, individual shops to browse and has regular farmers markets. The Three Counties Showground is within a short drive which hosts a number of events throughout the year. Walkers, cyclists and horse riders have a myriad of footpaths and bridleways to explore and stunning views can be enjoyed from the nearby Malvern Hills, so pull on those walking boots and pack yourself a picnic. There are several National Trust properties in the area and a little further afield is the Forest of Wye and the town of Worcester, waiting to be explored. At the end of the day, return to this excellent property to relax and unwind.
