Witcroft Cottage is a charming Edwardian three storey house built in 1903, stylishly furnished throughout and decorated using Farrow and Ball paint and is owned by Karen and Graham who run the award winning Ashbury Bed & Breakfast in Malvern (www.ashburybedandbbreakfast.co.uk).
The cottage is centrally located in a conservation area in the beautiful Georgian market town of Pershore on the River Avon, which is well located to visit Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds, Worcester, Upton upon Severn , Malvern, Cheltenham, Broadway and many other great areas.
A wood burner adds a very cosy feature in the lounge area, to the open plan ground floor, to be enjoyed from the comfortable sofa and chair. In all three bedrooms (one being Kingsize, one being double and a single) we have put in really good quality mattress to provide a really comfortable nights sleep.
From the front door look across to elegant Georgian houses and black and white cottages and at the end of the road is the wonderful Pershore Abbey.
There are many good places to eat and drink as well as 2 supermarkets all within easy walking distance. The cottage is 5 minutes walk from the main street.

Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, full size oven and hob, Nespresso Coffee machine, washing machine and a lovely dining area. White fluffy white bath towel and face cloth provided per guest.
There is a cottage style garden with two seating areas one with a dining table and chairs with lighting by fairy lights a great place to sit and relax.
