With free parking just outside and a gorgeous private back garden for you to enjoy, this home is a perfect place for families and contractors alike. Just a short drive away from all Birmingham has to offer with excellent transport links to the City.
The space
This beautiful home has been newly refurbished with all you need to enjoy your home away from home.
As you come into the property you are welcomed by a long hallway leading you straight through the house. To the left you have a spacious living area which has been decorated to feel cosy, homely and welcoming. In this space you. have the comfortable sofa which turns into a sofa bed should you need it, chairs and additional seating as well as a Smart TV all connected to the free Wi-Fi so you can log into your streaming platforms. On the other side of the living area you have a study, housing a large wooden desk and desk chair.
Following on down the hallway, you'll be greeted by the bright, open kitchen / dining room, with large patio doors and big windows creating an open and airy space for you to cook, eat and relax. The kitchen has a large island in the centre and worktops around the side so there is plenty of space for you to make home cooked meals! At the back of the kitchen diner, you will see the private garden, with patio furniture you are welcome to use should the weather allow it!
Heading upstairs you have 3 double bedrooms, each with ample storage for your belongings and comfortable beds for you to rest your heads after a long day. There is a family bathroom upstairs which has shower over the bath, W/C and sink. There is also a bonus sink in one of the bedrooms, its a fun quirk and it does work if you want to give it a go!!

Access for guests is to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
