When you’re ready for adventure or need to stock up with supplies head to nearby Campbeltown where there are plenty of independent shops and larger supermarkets. Campbeltown is a famed whiskey region, home to many award winning distilleries who offer tours and tasting. Westport beach is 20min drive for a wild and walk along the Atlantic coast and great surfing. There are also many options for day trips and exploring more of Kintyre and the islands, including to the Islands of Gigha and Islay.
