Enjoy panoramic views over the River Dee estuary. 2.5 miles from Holywell, home to the world famous 7th century St Winefride s Holy Well; one of the Seven Wonders of Wales. Pop to idyllic Caerwys the smallest town in Wales or drive to the sandy beach at Prestatyn. Enjoy a round of golf at Pennant Park, trot to the local riding school or stroll along the coastal path from the doorstep, the Pennant Walk, Offa s Dyke and the Clwydian Range. Visit the street market, annual festival and Theatr Clwyd at Mold, or discover the historic towns of Denbigh and Conwy, a World Heritage Site, or the cities of Liverpool and Chester. All of which offer a range of eateries, shops and lots of attractions. Enter the farm and walk round to this charming converted granary, no doubt you will take a moment to embrace the panoramic estuary views before stepping inside. Walk through the arched glass entrance into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. If you decide to eat in, the creatively designed kitchen has an electric oven and 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer and microwave with plenty of space to rustle up a meal, with the dining table a perfect setting for a meal for two. After a full day out return to this ground floor apartment and relax on the comfortable sofa, snuggle up and watch a film on the Smart TV or open the door and listen to birdsong whilst you plan your activities with the local guides or read a good book. Enjoy a leisurely shower in the ensuite wet room with shower and WC, retiring to the cosy double bedroom. Outside there are pretty pots and planters on the doorstep, sit on the welcoming bench, look out over the garden and the activity on the expanse of the estuary, maybe a bit of bird watching with the binoculars. There is a large lawn, specimen tree and bistro table and chairs, it is a perfect spot for afternoon tea or for a sundowner as the sun sets over the water. Join the public footpath from the garden gate leading down to the private woodland walk and the Wales Coastal Path. There s parking for two cars and bike storage is available. The converted granary is on the side of the owners home, though your privacy is assured
