Located in Engollan, a small hamlet near St Merryn, you are within easy reach to explore the immediate area which is known for its 'seven bays for seven days'. Bedruthan Steps with its awesome rock formations and golden sands is a local must see and is less than 1 mile away, and surfers will love Watergate Bay which has surf schools for all levels. Also in Watergate is Jamie Oliver s Fifteen Restaurant (book ahead for a great table). To the north is Padstow, famous for its association with famous fish restauranteur Rick Stein. On arrival at the property you will notice how spacious the rooms are. The lounge contains ample comfortable furniture making this a natural social hub, and there is also a TV/DVD and a wood burner. Next door is the conservatory that offers guests another place to unwind with fantastic countryside views. The first of the property s bedrooms is also on the ground floor it contains two 4'6'' small double, as well as an en suite shower room with WC. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, the first bedroom is comprising of a king size bed, a TV and an en suite shower room with WC. The next bedroom also has a king size bed, in addition there is a single bed and a pull out bed too. Nearby is the smallest of the rooms, with a double bed. There is also a family size bathroom on the first floor with bath and WC. Outside is a large garden with patio seating and a BBQ for whipping up a great al fresco feast. There is also ample parking for several cars.
