Outside you will find a gorgeous, south facing, sheltered patio and garden area to the front of the property where you will be able to relax on the rattan furniture and make use of the BBQ and privacy of the lawned gardens which overlook beautiful views over the valley and beyond, with Carn Brea mining district in the distance. Enter through the garden room, where you can sit and relax and take advantage of the views over the garden and Cornish countryside, before moving into the luxurious, open plan kitchen/diner with bespoke wooden units and granite worktops. The kitchen provides all the amenities that you need to cook for the whole family during your stay, and a handsome, solid oak table to seat up to 10 guests comfortably. On your way through to the spacious living room you will find a large hallway with the stairs to the first floor, and a cosy snug with a couple of easy chairs to allow some quiet, relaxing time with a good book or play one of the many family games in front of a log effect gas fire. The roomy sitting room boasts two large, comfortable sofas to relax and unwind in front of your favourite TV show, with the charm of a granite fireplace and fire. Decide on which one of the five well-presented bedrooms you will choose, each offering a range of plush beds with furniture to store your personal items. One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor with a walk-through dressing room, ideal for those with limited mobility; together with a downstairs shower room. There are a further four bedrooms to be found on the first floor. A master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom with stunning views across the valley, a twin room, and a room with bunkbeds. There is also a modern, contemporary family bathroom on the first floor providing a bath with overhead shower. Outside there is a games room, ideal for the youngsters, with full size pool table, table football and TV. You can relax in the outdoor hot tub set in the grounds of the front garden.
