The 17.3 mile long trail is flat, running from Padstow to Wadebridge and Bodmin.
Wind down in the evenings on the private balcony, and enjoy far reaching views of the Camel Estuary. Or walk into the town and grab a bite at one of the fine pubs or restaurants that Wadebridge has to offer.

There is a designated parking space in the carpark underneath the property.
This can be accessed by car to the side of the property.
There is also a walkway access from the main entrance to the car park.
