The dreamy coastal village of Downderry is a much sought after location on the Cornish coast, with a beautiful shingle and sandy beach, great cafes, bars, and a shop, all within walking distance. The Rame Peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a landscape of tidal creeks, sandy beaches and over 30 secluded beaches to explore. Small villages hide at the heads of creeks with fantastic places to eat waiting to be discovered, whilst the stretch of coast fronting Whitsand Bay offers fantastic views and great walking along the South West Coast Path. The nearby fishing villages of Looe (6 miles), and Kingsand and Cawsand (both 9 miles), are fantastic for exploring and enjoying a cream tea and boat trips. The Eden Project (29 miles) Adrenalin Quarry (9 miles) and Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (3 miles) are great days out for the family. Enter this fabulous boutique style apartment and you are immediately wowed by the nautical style in which it's been designed. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is compact yet has everything you need. The kitchen is complete with an electric oven and hob and fridge/freezer, the perfect place to pack up a lunch for the day ahead or cook up a hearty breakfast. The dining area features a table and chairs, and overlooks the front terrace. Relax and unwind in the lounge area featuring stylish interiors, comfortable seating and Smart TV, where you can snuggle up and watch all of your favourite programmes after a long day out exploring Cornwall. Off this room is the modern bathroom with a double shower and WC. Next door is the first of two bedrooms, a double bedroom with plenty of storage, wonderfully light and peaceful. Next door you will find the second bedroom which is a cosy bunk room, perfect for children. Outside is a terraced area with garden furniture and storage for buckets and spades and other beach items. This really is a lovely spot to dine alfresco or enjoy morning coffee in the sunshine. There is one private parking space.
