Close to the handy Caffa Mill carpark (where the Bodinnick Ferry crosses to the other side of the river Fowey). It's close access to the estuary is great for kayakers and dingy hire and it's within easy level walking distance of Fowey town centre and all of its amenities. With its two bedrooms and open plan Vaulted ceiling living room, this apartment is a comfortable and excellent base to explore the captivating and vibrant area, along with all the other delights Cornwall has to offer.

Both bedrooms are to the rear of this double aspect property, one king size double and a single bedroom room, sleeping 3 at the moment. ( There will be a bunk bed in the single room, from 18th June so will be sleeping 4 then).

There is a hallway cupboard that houses the washing machine.

There is an internal lift providing unrestricted access to the apartment.

Car parking is by way of a pay machine, where local charges apply.

• Local Facilities; Eden Project 6.5 miles. Polruan by foot ferry 9 mins. Charlestown (tall ships harbour) 7 miles away. Menabilly and Polkerris beach (Daphne du Maurier area) 4 miles. Readymoney Cove and the Cornwall Costal Path 15 mins walk.
