Enjoying an elevated position in the fishing port town of Looe, Gull's View is a charming bungalow offering ground-floor accommodation for five guests. Ideal for exploring Cornwall's south-east coast, Gull's View is within reach of many popular attractions, including the town centre of Looe itself, Eden Project, Polperro Heritage Coast and Fowey. On arrival, after parking in your designated spot on the roadside, you are greeted with 33 stone steps up to the property, but the views are well-worth the climb. Be welcomed into the spacious porch, perfect for storing surfboards and wet gear along with your boots and coats, before entering into the open-plan kitchen and dining room, with the lovely white dining table perched perfectly before the window so you can enjoy your meal with a view. Over in the kitchen you have several appliances at your fingertips including an electric oven with a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave and a washer/dryer. Discover two beautiful blue velvet sofas in the sitting room, a haven where you can wind down at the end of the day, with a wall-mounted Smart TV and patio doors leading out to a small decked area at the front of the property, great for letting in the fresh coastal breeze. Three lovely bedrooms offer elegant sleeping spots for all, choose from either one of the two double bedrooms, with the master home to an en-suite basin and WC, and a single room complete with a TV, served by the family bathroom, home to a bath with a shower over. Spend time outside in the tiered garden, with the decked area at the front, as well as a raised decked area to the back to choose from, and a small lawned area, you can dine alfresco or relax with an evening drink as you soak in the views. The town of Looe prides itself on its fresh fish, so don't hesitate to sample the local catch at one of the many restaurants specialising in seafood dishes here, or grab the best fish and chips from award-winning fish and chips shops and stroll down to the harbour to watch the boats return as you tuck in. Looe's popular beach, East Looe Beach, is home to golden sands and a gentle slope into the waters, so it's great for swimming and paddling, and is right beside all the amenities you need like beach shops and cafés. Enjoy a thrilling day at the nearby attraction of Adrenalin Quarry, an old quarry site transformed into an action-packed outing with zip-lines, deep-water swimming, go-karting and an inflatable water assault course! Get up-close to exotic animals at Porfell Wildlife Park and Sanctuary, home to meerkats, monkeys and zebras, as well as a kid's farm and a recreated Maasai village, it's a great day out for all ages. Keen walkers will have plenty of stunning areas to explore, with the South West Coast Path always offering a great place to start, head west along the coast passing Looe Island Nature Reserve, to the Polperro Heritage Coast taking a stop in this quaint village with its own Polperro Harbour Heritage Museum and charming Polperro Model Village.
