Positioned only three miles from the small seaside resort village of Portreath with its sandy beach and narrow harbour. The beach is popular with both swimmers and surfers alike, as are many of the other local beaches including Godrevy and Perranporth, which are both within easy reach by car. Many other attractions are a short drive away, including St Ives with its Tate Gallery, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Step inside into the light and welcoming hallway. Hang up your outerwear and head left into the open plan lounge/diner. Cosy up on one of three comfy sofas in the lounge area and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table with plenty of seating for all so you can plan your day ahead, with Alexa playing songs in the background, and the patio doors open onto the rear garden. From here, you ll find the kitchen which is equipped with everything you ll need including a gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer so you can create a special meal. From here, there s a cloakroom with WC and door leading out onto the rear garden. From the entrance hall heading to your right, you ll find the bedrooms and family bathroom. The stylish king size bedroom has views across to the pond in the rear garden, a dressing table and wardrobe, the double bedroom has a dressing area and additional wardrobe in the hallway and there s also a bunk bedroom for the children. Completing the inside is a very spacious family bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower with attachment and WC. Heading outside there are private and enclosed gardens to both the front and rear. The front garden has a kids play area, trampoline, and is laid to lawn with colourful mature borders. Relax on the patio and watch the children and dog play. The rear garden is a sunny haven with a pond and lawn, many plants and a terrace with a dining table and seating to dine alfresco with the BBQ on the go. There s also a summerhouse so you really can unwind if you wish. There is driveway parking for two cars.
