The spectacular North Cornish Coast and Newquay with its busy harbour, cliff paths and shops are only a few miles away. Tennis, golf and cinema are all close by. Driving or walking up this dramatic coastline is a joy and eventually Padstow is reached with its working harbour, quaint shops and galleries along with a cycle and walking trail that hugs the shore of the River Camel. There are many local tourist attractions including Crealy Cornwall, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Dairyland and the NT Trerice Manor and gardens.
