This stunning newly and fully refurbished house is conveniently located within striking distance of Newquay shops and restaurants and is only a short stroll to 5 of Newquay’s outstanding beaches.
Perfect for a family or mature couples the property comes with four stylish bedrooms offering differing layouts ensuring a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit your group. Every bed has a brand new memory foam mattress ensuring a great nights sleep.
The brand new modern kitchen is integrated with a full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer; everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible. There is even an amazon echo in the kitchen which is perfect for listening to music whilst preparing dinner. The contemporary dining table seats 12 people and is the perfect spot for socialising.
Relax into the beautiful modular sofa’s and settle for the evening in front of the 65” smart television. Or for a more active evening slide open the patio doors onto the front decking and enjoy a BBQ whilst the children play in the large sandpit which is sure to provide hours of fun. Alternatively, if you are wanting a more laid back evening slip into the hot tub with a glass of bubbly located on the private back decking. Both the front decking and jacuzzi areas have double outside sockets.
The four bedrooms are sure to provide flexible accommodation for all of your guests. The first king bedroom has a shower en-suite and the second king bedroom has patio doors accessing the hot tub area. The first bunk room sleeps 3 guests and has a double bottom bunk and single top bunk. The final bedroom is ideally suitable for children, there are 2 bunk beds consisting of 4 singles and patio doors onto the hot tub area. All bedrooms have their own 32” smart television.
If you are wanting to bring your furry friends with you they are more than welcome to stay here. We also have a fully enclosed courtyard perfect for your dogs. All we ask is that they are not left in the property on their own and you bring their own beds and blankets to keep them nice and comfy!

This vacation home is located in Newquay. Lighthouse Cinema and Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Blue Reef Aquarium and Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay. Newquay Zoo and Oasis Fun Pools are also worth visiting.
