A staircase will take you to the first floor where you step into the wonderfully spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. This light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides fabulous views across the bay and is the absolute perfect place to gather for that pre meal gathering. A delight for the chefs amongst you. The kitchen area comprises of an electric range style oven and hob, large larder fridge, two under counter fridges one with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge area with wood burner and Smart TV is again wonderfully styled with high ceilings, fine furnishings, again benefiting from the far reaching nautical views and the dining area complements the classic feel with seating for twelve, again with splendid views, just perfect for either a lazy breakfast or for that family celebration. Adjacent to the lounge/kitchen/diner is the snug lounge, with Smart TV with Amazon Firestick for NOW TV. a selection of books and games and doors to the rear enclosed garden and patio areas. Heading up to the second floor where three bedrooms are located, one twin overlooking the rear garden, a further twin with views out to sea and one king size with sea views and TV, and an en suite shower room with WC. The bathroom is also situated on this floor with shower over the bath and WC. Going up to the third floor you will find the master suite, a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV and again with outstanding sea views and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside this coastal house benefits from a patio area with charcoal BBQ, garden furniture and a lawned garden all to the rear and totally enclosed. There is also an external shower which runs hot and cold, ideal of muddy dogs or after a day at the beach.
