Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this property benefits from having stunning coast and countryside to discover all around. Just over a mile away from the picturesque fishing village of Boscastle, you ll find plenty of facilities there for a meal out or to stock up on goods for your stay. The North Cornwall Coast and upper Camel Valley are either side of the property, and are both internationally designated wildlife sites, so keep your eyes peeled for unique and protected species. Tintagel and its tales of King Arthur aren t too far away, with an eclectic mix of shops and pubs to explore, or travel a little further to the beautiful town of Padstow. Sympathetically renovated to retain many original and character features, this stunning barn conversion really is a fantastic home from home. Upon entering the property, the lounge is a spacious and airy room, with beams lining the ceiling and comfortable soft furnishings to relax on. Enjoy your favourite programme or film on the TV/DVD, whilst the wood burner keeps you warm and cosy in the winter months. Through to the dining room, there is a fantastic table and chairs to seat up to eight people, so you can enjoy any home cooked meals in style. Those lovely dinners are made possible by the gorgeous kitchen, which comes equipped with everything you could need during your stay, comprising of a range style electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. You will find a separate WC on the ground floor, as well as a double bedroom with TV, featuring an en suite wet room with shower and WC. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms, the master of which is a large suite, with sofas and chairs as well as a king size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with shower over spa bath and WC. The next bedroom also has a king size bed, again with a TV and an en suite shower room with WC, whilst the final bedroom has a single bed, TV, and en suite shower and WC. Outside, 420 acres of farmland surrounds the property, so you will really find yourself away from the hustle and bustle of the larger towns. Relax on the patio with a glass of wine on an evening, try your hand at carp fishing in the on site lake, or spend some time in the annexe, where there is a fantastic hot tub for total relaxation as you look out over the extensive grounds and feel truly indulgent. The barn comes with ample off road parking.
