This rural cottage is accessed via a private lane and is surrounded by rolling countryside. The Lizard Peninsula is a short drive away, with its string of pretty village and beachside coves, including the Georgian market town of Helston which has a range of pubs and shops, and the attractive village of Coverack, which has a sandy beach known for its visiting dolphins. The popular theme park, Flambards, is within easy reach, as is the Cornish Seal Sanctuary which is situated in the small town of Gweek. This single storey property is a spacious and relaxing place for a Cornish holiday and guests will feel instantly welcome when they discover their complimentary cream tea on arrival. The lounge/diner has comfortable seating around the cosy wood burner, set within a feature fireplace, which keeps the property lovely and warm in the winter months. There is also a Smart TV and CD here. The kitchen is well equipped with everything guests will need to make their favourite meals, including an oven, hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The property has three restful bedrooms, all of which have their own TV and hairdryer. The master bedroom is a double with an en suite shower and WC, whilst the other two bedrooms are both twins. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed lawn garden with a patio area which has seating and a BBQ. There is ample parking available.
