The Lookout is a semi-detached Victorian cottage in Mousehole with superb coastal views of beautiful Mounts Bay and just a few minutes stroll from the picturesque harbour. The cottage has three bedrooms, one of which is an attic room, a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The kitchen is large and well equipped and has a breakfast bar. The sitting area is adjoined to the dining room, and there is a sun room. Parking is at the local car park a few minutes walk. The garden is pretty and the views outstanding, children will need to be supervised. The Lookout is a well presented spacious and comfortable cottage suitable for family and friends to enjoy Mousehole and the surrounding area of Cornwall.

Note: There is a short hill to walk up to get to the property (approx 65 metres) You can stop the car for a short time to unload at the bottom of the hill before parking the car in one of the near by car parks. Note: Steep stairs to second floor with low ceiling at the top of the stairs.
