The kitchen area has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer so create a family feast for all. A door opens up onto a terrace for morning coffee, with steps down to the rear garden. The dining area has seating for everyone so enjoy a lazy breakfast whilst planning your day ahead. Cosy up in the lounge area on one of the comfortable sofas and watch the Smart TV whilst the fire crackles in the background. To the left of the stairs is a WC and then the final super king bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with Smart TV, dressing table, wardrobe and another en suite shower room with rainfall shower and WC. Heading outside, you ll find the beautiful granite cobbled pathway leading to the parking area and games room which has table tennis and table football. Dine under the stars around the outdoor table with seating for all with the gas BBQ on the go. Completely unwind in the hot tub under the pergola after a day s exploring or laze on one of the sun loungers. To the rear of the property, you ll find an enclosed patio area with kennel for the dogs if you wish to head out for a day at the beach. There's also a communal field to let the dogs run free. There s driveway parking for four cars and additional parking if required.
