This spacious property is within a few minutes of Newquay s Tolcarne beach, one of a number in the town. Tolcarne beach is a decent sized, crescent shaped sandy beach which can be enjoyed equally by both bathers and surfers. The property is also within walking distance to the town centre, with its shops, bars, and Blue Reef aquarium. If you wish to venture slightly further afield than Newquay, there is much to see and do in the surrounding area, including the beautiful Watergate Bay, home to the Boardmasters music and surfing festival. For a totally different Cornish experience, the pretty harbour town of Padstow with its plethora of upmarket eateries is within a 30 minute drive. A great place for a holiday retreat for the whole family. The large lounge is the perfect space in which to relax and watch TV with something for everything on the Netflix films. In the warmer weather, guests will want throw open the doors onto the garden and enjoy opening up this space to the outdoors, whilst between the months of November March the open fire keeps the room nice and cosy. A separate dining room comfortably seats eight guests and for less formal meals there is also a dining table in the kitchen. The kitchen is light, spacious and fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your favourite meals, including electric range oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer with ice maker. The separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and it is through here that you can access the games room, where more competitive guests will enjoy a game of snooker or table football. There is also a bar area here for those who don t wish to play, but still want to be a part of the fun. There are four bedrooms, a super king size bed with en suite shower room and WC, a king size double bed with en suite shower room and WC. The other two rooms are one twin room and one flexible super king which can be made up as a twin room on request, this room also benefits from an en suite shower room with WC. The main bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Guests should note that the utility room has a small window which links to the neighbouring property, but this window is obscured and guests can be assured of their privacy. Outside the property has an enclosed garden which not only has garden furniture but also a fun table tennis table. There is ample off road parking.
