With fantastic views of the sea and beach, particularly from the living areas, and panoramas across the coast line and the village itself, you can relax in your holiday home admiring the landscape come rain or shine. This reverse level property is the perfect place for all the family. Head up to the first floor and create a special meal in the well equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Enjoy a family meal in the social dining area with views across Portreath village and towards the sea. Head to the cosy lounge area with vaulted ceiling and superb windows giving views across to the sea get the wood burner going and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV with full Sky package after a day creating memories on the beach. Sit in the conservatory and watch the world go by or admire the sunset or the views across the beach and Portreath village. The children amongst you can head up to the mezzanine level games room and enjoy a game of pool or laze around the Smart TV on bean bags. When you re ready for a good night s sleep, head to one of the four bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two king size bedrooms and one super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request). Completing the ground floor is a contemporary bathroom with a separate shower, WC and spa bath perfect to unwind in after a busy day exploring. Head up to the second floor which boasts the master suite with a super king size sleigh bed, dressing area, walk in wardrobe and generous en suite with rainwater shower and WC. Heading outside from the conservatory, the property has a seating area on the terrace with spectacular views across the sea and village making this a lovely spot to dine alfresco or cook up a storm on the BBQ. There is off road parking for two cars.
