St Michael’s Mount is open daily and can be reached from the historic town of Marazion on foot via causeway at low tide or by small ferry at high tide. The area is renowned for its art and culture with the famous Newlyn Art School close by. The area was the main backdrop for the TV series Poldark, and offers hours of glorious cliff top walks and heather clad moorlands.
