Explore Gelt Woods which is an ancient woodland or enjoy a trip to Talkin Tarn Country Park, for water sports such as canoeing and open water swimming. Within easy reach of the Lake District, Carlisle, Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. Leading through the enclosed garden you are met with this delightful lodge pod. Venturing outside is the private decked area with seating where you can enjoy the views of the magnificent countryside across Hadrian s Walk or take a relaxing dip in the hot tub. This is a perfect area for al fresco dining, or perhaps enjoy a nice glass of wine or a good local ale. You may also get the opportunity to spot the regular visitors including deer, red squirrels, barn owls, hare, rabbits, red kite and lots of garden birds.
