This 15th century farmhouse has been sensitively renovated to provide a stunning home filled with historic features and high quality home comforts. This farmhouse is set in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside with open views all around and fabulous walks from the doorstep, yet only a few miles from the bustling market town of Kendal. Sofas are well placed around the second wood burner (first basket of logs provided). A wooden door leads up the private staircase to the master bedroom on the first floor. This is one of the oldest parts of the farmhouse and you can't fail to notice the beautiful period features in this room, complemented by a very stylish contemporary decor, king size bed and en suite bathroom with bath, separate walk in shower and WC. An original 18th century wooden staircase from the open plan living/kitchen/dining room leads up to the next bedroom and looks out over the side of the property towards the Lakeland fells and has a king size bed.
