Wherever you explore you will not be disappointed, perfect for holidays with family and friends, walking, cycling, touring or just simply relaxing. Enter via the porch directly into a spacious hallway where a large staircase welcomes you. From here you move into one of the two lounge areas. The main lounge with large sofas, snuggler armchair and casual seating options, a wood burner and TV/DVD. There is a second lounge, where you can relax on the sofa or comfy chairs and enjoy the warmth of the open fire, here you will be truly cosy and can enjoy watching the TV/DVD or have quality time to catch up with family and friends. There is a selection of books and games available to enjoy. Also, from the hallway is the large dining room which comfortably seats ten, with large doors opening to the main lounge area and to the large conservatory, another wonderful place to relax with level access to the garden and patio areas. From the dining area you also have access to the kitchen which is well equipped with two electric ovens and an induction hob, combination microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Leading from the hallway you have a rear hallway, with private, level access to a ground floor bedroom with a king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request with 2'6" beds) nearby, an external door to a welcoming outside seating area.There is also a level access ground floor shower room with shower and WC, together with a utility room with washer/dryer, additional fridge / freezer and double sink and storage. Returning to the main hallway, heading up the stairs to the first floor on your right you have a super king size zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV. Next door you have another king size bedroom with TV/DVD and moving on further along the corridor you have another king size bedroom with TV/DVD. There is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Finally, you arrive at the master suite, with super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en suite roll top air bath with a hand held shower and WC. All the bedrooms have breath taking views over the countryside for you to enjoy and DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker. Moving outside from either the kitchen, conservatory or the main entrance, where you have garden and patio areas with views to natural landscape to explore as well as a seating area for ten, sumptuous Hot Tub, a large charcoal BBQ / outdoor fireplace which makes this the ideal place to rest and enjoy evenings of al fresco dining and the peace and tranquility that this area has to offer. There is ample off road parking for five cars.
