The exposed beams, vaulted ceiling and circular reinforced window in the floor looking down into the ancient well below the house, all add charm and character to this room. Should you need more storage for ingredients or outdoor gear, there is a handy utility area off the lounge. Dine at the table in the kitchen and enjoy communal meals. With more exposed beams and wood panelling, the lounge is a lovely space in which to relax. Cosy up on one of the sofas and relax in the heat of the open fire as you watch TV. A door leads to a second lounge area which has book lined shelves, an open fire and a TV so you can choose where to unwind after adventures. Head to bed in one of six bedrooms, the first of which is accessed via a door in the lounge. This spacious room can be made up as a twin or a super king size if requested at time of booking. Two staircases lead to the first floor, one through sliding doors in the kitchen, the other from the ground floor bedroom. Upstairs you will find the five remaining bedrooms.
