This beautiful barn conversion sits in fantastic surroundings with fields as far as the eye can see, and the impressive view of the Northern Fells mountain range and the back of Skiddaw in the distance. On entering the driveway, there is ample space for two cars directly opposite the barn. Entrance to the property is through large glazed barn doors, and as soon as you enter you feel at home. There is a comfy lounge to your right, with a traditional log burner, smart tv with DVD player and french doors out to the well kept garden (with f riendly hens pecking around! ) The central area on the ground floor has a dining table and views outside to the courtyard and meadow beyond. The kitchen is to the left, fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (tumble drier located next door), Nespresso coffee machine, cafetiere and bread baking making with all of the ingredients to get yourself started! All perfectly rounded off with beautiful finishing touches throughout. Just off the dining area is a downstairs shower room and WC as well as a useful under the stairs cupboard perfect for drying off those wet boots! Upstairs takes you to two tastefully decorated bedrooms (one king and one twin room with tv). There is additional storage in the large landing area and space to hang up clothes. The upstairs bathroom includes a roll top bath and WC, again wonderfully finished. Outside, you will have use of the surrounding fields (and many footpaths) as well as a garden to relax in including a BBQ which is available for use.
