Additionally, there is a snug room with a wood burner and a range of books, the perfect place to curl up at the end of a busy day. The dining room has a dining table seating five and sound system. The pretty kitchen is as practical as it is attractive, with a range cooker, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher as well as additional dining table and log burner. A cupboard just outside the kitchen houses the washing machine. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a characterful king size (which can be made up as a twin on request) a pretty single with views over the garden and a lovely master with built in wardrobes and an en suite. The property s family bathroom can also be found on the first floor and has a sumptuous roll top bath, a large separate shower, and WC. The spacious sunny garden enjoys a south facing positon and has a large lawn, as well as a patio seating area. There is a separate garden area to the rear of the property which has access to a stream with a series of small waterfalls, guests should exercise caution in this area and carefully supervise children. There is also off road parking for four cars.
