Enter the cottage through the sunroom and guests will come to the spacious lounge. There are two distinct areas to this room, which can be divided by glass doors into two separate spaces if desired. The lower end has a sofa and armchair to chill and relax, as well as French windows which lead out to the patio, whilst two steps up lead to the second area which makes this space a relaxing retreat, with its comfortable seating, two leather sofas, and TV with Sky TV basic package and Netflix. The kitchen has been thoughtfully and stylishly finished and is well equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in a separate utility room where you will also find a very useful drying area. The property s dining room is in a light and airy area and has seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal. The main bathroom has a twin Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and WC. Located at the rear of the ground floor is a snug area with an armchair and sofa with TV plus a single bedroom. Just off the lounge is the fantastic games room with a full size snooker table. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, the first of which has a double bed, the second is a triple bedroom with a double bed and single. The property benefits from open views and great outside space with a lawned area, ideal for your kids and four legged pups to run around and enjoy. There is a patio area with seating to enjoy some al fresco dining and a decked area to the side of the property. There is parking for two cars.
