You enter into the handy porch, which leads into the hallway. From there, you find yourself in the fabulous open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the perfect space for spending time with your friends and family or just kicking back and relaxing. The beautiful kitchen has been thoughtfully designed and features a long breakfast bar, with a sunken rising extractor fan and a hidden corner pantry. There is a formal dining area with French doors out onto a small patio, the ideal place to sit with a morning coffee and admire the views. The dining area leads onto the cosy lounge area with comfortable seating, a wood burner, Smart TV and Sonos sound system. The stylish bay window provides a secondary seating area within the lounge and has large, picture windows that frame the countryside and fell views, a truly great place to relax and switch off. As you walk back into the hallway, there s a separate WC under the stairs. Head up the staircase to the first floor, where you will find four spacious bedrooms. The first is a king size bedroom with a dressing table and a built in wardrobe. Next door is the family bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower and WC. Then there is a second king size bedroom with en suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin and the final bedroom is another king size. Outside, there is a spacious enclosed garden with a lawn and patio overlooking fields. The garden has lots of paved areas, so you can spend the day slowly following the sunshine, while reading a good book. There is also decked area which offers another great place to relax and enjoy drinks and conversation into the evening. Please be aware there is a burn which runs down the side of the garden, this is often empty but can become deeper in wet weather, young children should be supervised.
